To address these challenges and set FactoryPro™ on a path to success, we developed an integrated AI-powered platform that revolutionized both their performance measurement and recruitment processes.

Worker Performance Measurement

We implemented an AI system that utilizes data from sensors and IoT devices installed on the factory floor. This system collects real-time data on various performance metrics such as machine operation times, output levels, and adherence to safety protocols. Using TypeScript and Node.js for backend development and Next.js for the frontend, we created a responsive dashboard that provides managers with actionable insights.

Machine learning algorithms analyze the data to identify patterns, predict maintenance needs, and suggest operational improvements. The AI can highlight deviations from standard performance, enabling supervisors to address issues promptly. This real-time monitoring helps in recognizing high-performing employees and provides data to support training programs for others.

CV Review Automation

For the recruitment process, we developed an AI-driven application that automates the initial screening of resumes. Using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques, the system analyzes CVs to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.

Key features include:

Automated Parsing: The AI extracts relevant information such as education, work experience, and skills.
